Key Responsibilities: - Accurately download and process client orders in a timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with client wineries regarding their orders
- Input data from multiple sources (email, online portals, etc.) into order systems
- Validate and verify data for accuracy before uploading
- Reconcile processed orders against received orders and note exceptions
- Communicate effectively with client services, warehouse, and management teams
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure all projects are completed on time with precision and attention to detail
