Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory levels.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary info:
