Plumber Sales Technician who shares those same values.
Position Summary: As a
Plumber Sales Technician at Metz, you'll be more than a technician youll be a leader,
problem solver , and customer care
expert . Youll take charge of residential plumbing jobs, guide less experienced techs, and ensure every job is
completed to the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis to completion.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Be the on-site point of contact for customers, delivering clear communication and outstanding service.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Organize your day efficiently, including tools, materials, and scheduling .
- Identify complex plumbing issues and develop reliable, cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Accurately document work is performed, and parts are used in our system.
Qualifications: - Previous experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED (trade school or plumbing program preferred).
- Valid state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master, depending on local requirements).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential service plumbing experience .
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and organized able to manage multiple jobs in a day.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
