Opulent Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vacation Home Inspector to join our growing team. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for five-star luxury experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect high-end vacation homes before and after guest stays
• Ensure cleanliness, staging, and quality standards are met
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Document findings with photos and inspection checklists
• Deliver light staging touches (e.g., welcome gifts, towels, amenities)
• Touch up cleaning when necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of excellence
• Professional appearance and communication
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Hospitality or property management experience preferred
