Flight Nurse Mesa, AZ
Full time/Direct Hire | $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
Make a real impact with a career that saves lives. Were seeking experienced Flight Nurses to join our elite critical care transport team in Mesa, Arizona.
This is more than just a job its a calling. As a Flight Nurse, youll be at the forefront of emergency care, providing rapid response and advanced medical support to patients in need.
Schedule
- 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced pre-hospital and inter-facility critical care transport via rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground
- Perform complex patient assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency interventions during stabilization and transport
- Accurately document patient care and transport details
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and medical teams
- Stay current on training, competencies, clinical rotations, and continuing education
- Support community outreach and ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of current critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma certification (TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS required; NRP and instructor certifications preferred)
- CFRN required within 24 months of hire
- Flight or transport experience preferred
- Must meet weight restrictions (under 235 lbs) and pass pre-placement physical, lift test, and drug screen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $93,000 $110,000 annually (depending on experience)
- $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
