About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for US Sales to lead and drive retail sales for a portfolio of prestige beauty brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading regional field teams, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the consumer decision journey, be adept at working with cross-functional teams, and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. The Executive Director will be expected to travel up to 40% of the time and must be adept at effective planning, organization, and time management.
