About the Role

The Company is actively searching for an Executive Director to lead our Medical Affairs Strategy, primarily focusing on liver diseases and Covid-19. This critical role involves the development and execution of innovative US Medical Affairs strategies and annual medical plans targeting viral hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, and Covid-19. Candidates must possess a profound understanding of the medical landscape, recognizing unmet needs and tracking industry trends. You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality scientific communications, addressing US data gaps while providing scientific leadership at major conferences.

The ideal candidate will hold an M.D., D.O., Ph.D. in life sciences, PharmD, NP, or PA, with specialization in hepatology or infectious diseases. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required. You should exhibit strong leadership, superb strategic and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment. A robust background in scientific research, autonomy in work, and adeptness in launch planning and external collaborations will set you apart. The role is office-based and involves travel up to 25% for meetings and conferences. Our company is deeply committed to values such as integrity, teamwork, excellence, accountability, and inclusion, actively fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
