Job Description
Provide support and training to 6 men who live in Tampa with Dual Diagnosis, including Intellectual Disabilities. The guys require assistance with their ADL's, cooking, cleaning, maintaining their home in all areas, and providing support to learn and practice self-control, as well as learning ways to focus on and complete various tasks correctly. All DSP's are required to complete pre-service training, shadow another employee, and maintain all assigned training throughout employment, including attending Mandatory Monthly Meetings. DSP's must also be able to understand and complete all required documentation and provide feedback to Management when necessary. We are currently hiring for Weekend Shifts (usually 12 hours shifts), Substitute or On-call person (fill in as others take off/call out), and we have 1 full-time position coming available in January, 2026. That position will be filled with someone who has completed all training and had opportunity to work with and build a healthy rapport with the guys who live here. Understand that all DSP's are required to work some holidays, to provide necessary support and assistance to the individuals in the program.
