Digital Media Manager

Full-time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + 401(k) + Benefits

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, full-service integrated advertising agency (founded in 1978), known for impactful campaigns in Higher Ed , nonprofit, and retail sectors. They’re hiring a Digital Media Manager to lead, manage, and optimize multichannel paid media campaigns — while also becoming a key client-facing voice of the agency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Snap

• Manage strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting

• Present insights, ideas, and results to mid- and senior-level client stakeholders

• Build trust and rapport with clients — clearly explain campaign performance, listen to their needs, and make strategic recommendations they can rely on

• Collaborate internally and externally to deliver measurable results and strong ROI

• Track and report using Google Analytics , Looker Studio , and GTM
• Hybrid – Midtown Manhattan (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What You Bring

• 4–10 years of hands-on digital campaign experience

• Proven ability to communicate clearly, personably, and persuasively with clients

• A knack for explaining data in a way that makes sense to marketers of all levels

• Experience in media buying, optimization, and reporting

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Higher Ed or ad agency experience is a plus
