Customer Service Representative to join their office team. This role is a key point of contact for customers, helping to ensure orders are accurate and issues are resolved quickly. The environment is professional, supportive, and stable, with room to grow.
Schedule Options: - Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers in your assigned regional territory
- Coordinate and manage customer orders and inquiries via phone, email, mail, and Live Chat
- Provide product and service information, and resolve any issues that arise with current or future orders
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use multiple systems to process orders and maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For - Previous customer service experience in an office, call center, or order-processing environment
- Comfortable handling phone and email communications with customers
- Strong attention to detail while working with multiple systems
- Professional, organized, and reliable
