We’ve been exclusively engaged by a long-established industrial and commercial supplier to identify an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This on-site executive role reports directly to the President and oversees a team of 30, including Accounting, Finance, HR, and IT, for a dynamic, growth-focused organization

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial, HR, and IT operations across the organization.
• Direct financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Oversee accounting operations, including invoicing, payables, receivables, and collections.
• Partner closely with the President and key department heads to align financial and operational strategy.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, insurance, and risk management programs.
• Drive systems and technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
• Negotiate and manage key external vendor and service provider relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.
• Proven executive leadership experience in the distribution industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and operational finance skills.
• Experience overseeing companies around~$50M in revenue.
• Stable career history showing long-term commitment and measurable impact.
• Proficiency with Epicor ERP and financial systems.
• Hands-on, in-office leader who thrives in a collaborative, transparent culture.
