In fact, we are open to people with the right mindset above all else, so if you've got sales experience outside the auto industry or excelled in hospitality, bartending, serving, athletics, military service, this is your opportunity to thrive in an industry with unlimited earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in sales, hospitality, military, athletics, or service industries
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
• Previous auto sales experience welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and guide customers through the sales process
• Build rapport and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering top-notch customer service
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to create a seamless buying experience

Pay Plan

• Competitive Pay Structure
• $3,000/month base salary
• Up to $400 per vehicle sold
